How to Order Items from Wolf Packs®

To make ordering items faster and simpler, we have created a Secure Shopping Cart feature which is found throughout our web site.  If you would rather fill out an independent form, please review the following options...

We Will Need To Know The Following Information To Fill Your Order:

  1. Your name and complete shipping address.
  2. Your telephone number.
  3. The item(s) that you wish to order including size and color.
  4. Your e-mail address.
  5. If paying by charge card, your VISA, Master Card or Discover information including your name (as it appears on your card), your account number, expiration date, three digit verification number (found printed on the signature line on the back of your card), and your signature if ordering by FAX or s-mail.
  6. For dog pack orders we will need your dog's name, age, sex, accurate weight, breed, and Measurement Around The Waist.

Shipping will be added to all orders. Please see our Shipping chart.

How to Order using the Web Site's Secure Server Shopping Cart

We recommend the use of our electronic shopping cart, which has a Secure Server built in. If you have trouble using the shopping cart, please don't hesitate to Call your order in.

How to Order by FAX

If you decide not to use our electronic shopping cart feature, we have a FAX-able Order Form that you may print out, fill in and FAX to 1-541-482-SNOW (482-7669). This is also our voice line, but our FAX machine will be listening 24 hours a day. It should always be on unless we are experiencing a phone or power outage. Just send your completed Order Form as you would to any dedicated FAX line.

How to Order by Snail Mail

You can easily use our electronic shipping cart for snail-mail orders.  If you would rather complete one of our  FAX-able Order Forms, you may send it along with your check, money order, or VISA, Master Card or Discover card information to:

 How to Order by Voice Phone

Wolf Packs can be reached by telephone at 541-482-7669. To speak with either Paul or Linda (we're the only humans here), it is best to call between the hours of 10am to 4pm Pacific Time, Monday thru Friday. Since we are often in production or out on the trails with our own dogs, you might get our answering machine. If you do, please leave your complete order & credit card information on the machine. It is secure to do so, will speed up your order considerably by saving all of us rounds of "telephone tag".
